Patch Notes 1.6

Hey, Explorers! In this final update of the year, we reworked the Amikin removal system, introducing an entirely new mechanic — Amikin Convert. We also add new locations and completely rework the Storyline based on your feedback.

Amikin Mastering

S.P.I.R.E. has discovered a new way to enhance Amikin Elements. This discovery opens the door to deeper progression and becomes the foundation for both Amikin Convert and the new Elemental Mastery system.

When you Convert Amikins, you receive a new special currency called Shards. They come in 4 rarities and 4 elements, depending on which Amikin you convert . Converting a Rare Amikin or higher grants not only Shards of that rarity, but also all lower ones. You can also find Shards while progressing through Paths.

These Shards are used in Elemental Mastery, a new system that lets you increase the Elemental Power of your Amikins. Elemental Mastery provides the following bonuses:

Charge Speed — helps an Amikin charge its Charge Attack faster.

Critical Chance — increases the chance to deal a critical hit (stacks with similar perk bonuses).

Critical Damage — boosts the damage bonus from critical hits.

Elemental Effectiveness — enhances an Amikin’s element effectiveness against the element it counters.

To access Elemental Mastery, open your Inventory or the Amikin Vault and find the Elemental Mastery tab. As you level up a skill, it will require more Shards of a specific element, and later — higher rarities. From level 30 you will need Rare Shards, from level 60 — Epic, and at level 90 — Mythic, while Shards of lower rarities will still be required. Each skill can be upgraded up to level 100.

You can convert Amikins directly from the Amikin Vault using the former removal button. Or simply manage your Amikins faster using the new Convert tool in the Fusion Chamber.

New Sub-locations

We have added 4 new compact locations that expand existing zones, giving you more variety and space for resource farming, making each run feel different from the last.

Technically, these locations play like dungeons: you enter through teleports, face Amikins of one rotating element, and encounter stronger enemies as you move deeper. Inside, you can find Shiny Amikins and collect resources for crafting, buildings, gear, and Amikin progression.

There are 2 types of locations:

Hiddens — open locations with multiple exits, which allows you to retreat from stronger enemies. These areas contain a lot of fiber, wood and berries. Hidden Meadows (Lv.10+) is located in Elderglow Meadows, and Hidden Forest (Lv.25+) is located in Deeproot Forest.

Mines — procedurally generated locations, meaning the caves change every time you visit mines. The entrance is the only way out of the area. These locations mainly provide stone and metal. The entrance to Stormborn Mine (Lv.45+) is located in Stormforge Plateau, and Rusted Mine (Lv.65+) is located in Rusted Shallows.

Storyline Reworked

We listened to your feedback and decided to completely rework Storyline Quests. Tutorial quests that explain how different mechanics work are now presented in a much clearer way for new players. Overall, quests have become more logical, easier to follow, and more engaging.

The updated quests are available for players below level 15. The remaining players will not have to replay the missions once again.

Extra Changes

We’ve also made several additional adjustments across the game:

— Metarva and Metadulta are now aggressive in the wild.

— Amikin experience can no longer be increased by fusing Amikins of the same species. Experience progression is now handled only through essences.

— Locations on the World Map are now revealed only after you visit them.
